Join the team of bold professionals at Enersense! We are now looking for a Quality Manager for our large-scale industrial project in Boden, Northern Sweden. We provide all travel arrangements as well as accommodation while working on site. The planned work rotation will be 3 weeks on site in Sweden, followed by one week off.
The open position is within our Energy Transition business unit, where we help our customers improve the reliability of their production facilities and enhance maintenance operations. We deliver demanding project implementations for industrial projects. We develop digital solutions to improve productivity, manage the overall maintenance and reliability of our customers' production plants and provide resource and contracting services as well as subcontracting chain management services for domestic and international industrial projects.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop system requirements and certificates
- Develop processes and tools related to quality management
- Coordinate quality control activities
- Develop quality control, inspection and testing methods and techniques
- Provide efficient work conditions and models for quality control personnel to maintain a high level of productivity
- Participate in maintaining necessary company certifications
- Communicate potential quality issues to management and other project personnel and propose solutions for their correction and prevention
- Maintain and update project personnel and equipment records (including equipment calibrations and staff qualifications)
- Identify staff development and training needs
Requirements:
- Relevant technical education suitable for the position
- Good experience in quality matters in large projects
- Previous work experience in projects related to industrial facility construction
- Knowledge of quality management processes
- Excellent communication skills
