Who you are- Comprehensive knowledge and proven experience of category management, strategic sourcing, business modelling and contractual terms.
- Comprehensive knowledge and proven experience of supplier management and supplier development, applied both locally and globally.
- Solid understanding and knowledge of different outsourcing models, governance set-ups and performance follow up.
- Strong collaboration, being good at building alliances and working together with teams and stakeholders.
- Self-driven with the ability to organize, plan and deliver results in continuously changing and dynamic environment.
- Actively lead and support Procurement Categories and Business Partners to build up supplier management capabilities and structures as well as sourcing and negotiation strategies for larger contracts, outsourcings and/or transformations.
- Actively support Procurement Categories and Countries in the strategic sourcing disciplines such as Category Management, Supplier Base Management, Contract management, Commercial and Business Models.
- Stay close to the Procurement market, be on top of trends, innovations and new ways of working and incorporate this in frameworks as well as the Procurement Strategy and corresponding portfolio.
- Actively develop and lead the implementation of the Procurement Strategy and corresponding portfolio across Ingka.

We want to take Sourcing and Supplier Development to the next level at Ingka and are therefore investing in a new function in Group Procurement. This function will be responsible for the development and implementation of a Strategic Sourcing and Supplier management framework and ways of working. It will also lead the development and implementation of the Group Rule on Procurement, Strategy and Portfolio contributing to the 3 roads and 10 Jobs.
This said, we are looking for four (4) senior procurement professionals - Sourcing & Supplier Development Leaders - who will report to the Sourcing & Supplier Development manager. Some of the roles will focus more on sourcing & supplier development where others will have more focus on the Procurement strategy and portfolio.
