About the Role
We are currently looking for a Software Responsible to join our client, a company dedicated to developing sustainable and innovative powertrain solutions.
This role is part of the Software & Electronics group and focuses on software development for powertrain control systems, including hybrid and fully electric powertrains. You’ll be working closely with a team of experts on high-tech components such as ECUs, inverters, and electric drive units.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the development of base software for ECUs or inverters.
Act as Single Point of Contact towards suppliers for assigned products.
Ensure technical quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with software architects, system designers, and hardware engineers.
Analyze customer requirements and develop efficient, high-quality solutions.
Participate in all phases of the project from design to implementation and validation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience in base software development for automotive systems (e.g., ECUs, inverters, TCM, ECM).
Proficiency in Autosar, CAN, LIN protocols, and embedded software development.
Strong supplier management and requirement handling skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus).
Experience with project leadership in cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with tools like Polarion, Teamcenter, and ESOW is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Swedish language.
Experience with tools such as Teamcenter, Polarion, and ESOW.
Domain experience in inverters, ECUs, ECM, TCM.
Background in automotive software integration.
Work Environment & Tools
Work is performed in a remote desktop environment.
Consultants are expected to use their own computer and phone.
