Your role at a glance 🤸♀️
We are looking for a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our experienced SRE team and contribute to exciting projects from the fintech industry. You will play a key role in shaping the financial sector with innovative cloud native solutions.
Your responsibilities 👏
- Design, build, and maintain our AWS cloud infrastructure (EKS, MSK, RDS Aurora, Lambdas, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront) using Terraform.
- Manage and enhance our CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, enabling rapid and reliable software delivery.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.
- Implement and manage our observability platform (Datadog) with Terraform.
- Collaborate with software engineers to ensure our applications are designed for scalability, reliability, and easy deployment.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our Go based backend services and internal tools.
- Champion DevOps best practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, and continuous monitoring.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and respond to incidents to maintain service uptime.
- Focus on security best practices across our infrastructure and applications (Web and AWS security).

Qualifications 👑
- Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, including EKS, MSK, RDS (Aurora Postgres), Lambdas, DynamoDB, S3, or CloudFront.
- Proficient in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management across various services (AWS, Datadog, Auth0).
- Solid understanding and practical experience with GitLab/GitHub (or similar) for source control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to read and write code, with a strong preference for experience in Go. Scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) are also valuable.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a startup-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
