Key Responsibilities
Collaborate in all design phases—from early discovery and prototyping to final UI design and implementation follow-up.
Create and iterate on prototypes for desktop, tablet, and mobile use cases.
Independently conduct user research and usability testing with real end-users.
Translate user insights, business needs, and technical constraints into UX strategies.
Map user journeys and define user flows to streamline interaction paths.
Deliver polished and validated designs, ready for implementation and review.
Conduct regular design reviews with product and development teams.
Partner closely with developers, designers, and product leaders to ensure alignment.
Advocate for the end-user, ensuring intuitive and accessible design solutions.
Ensure UX outcomes meet the expectations and KPIs set by business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven track record in researching and user testing digital product experiences.
Proficient in creating consistent designs using established design systems.
Familiarity with user research tools and conducting both in-person and remote tests.
Strong understanding of web and mobile UX best practices and digital patterns.
Experience in designing accessible interfaces aligned with WCAG standards.
Ability to define problems and lead workshops to explore design solutions.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Interaction Design.
Comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative data to inform design.
Organized and action-oriented approach to solving design challenges.

Experience working in empowered product teams or product trio setups.
