What You Will Do:
- From prospecting to closing deals, you’ll independently manage the entire sales process, showcasing our AI-powered HR solutions through engaging demos and driving exciting discussions all the way to contract signing.
- Take the initiative to proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media, building relationships and creating exciting new opportunities for the business.
- Use your sales expertise to evaluate leads and identify real sales potential, setting up the team for success.
- Dive deep into our product offerings so you can effectively communicate the unique value of our HR tech solutions.
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted strategies that will grow Simployer’s presence in the Swedish market.
- Keep our CRM up to date with the latest sales notes and actions, while also providing valuable feedback to the team to refine our strategies.
- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously seeking development opportunities in the ever-evolving world of sales and HR tech.
What You Will Bring to the Team:
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally within small and medium businesses, or in a talent acquisition role.
- You can clearly and confidently communicate the value of a product, engaging prospects across a variety of channels.
- You're not afraid of a challenge! You'll chase new leads and stay upbeat and on top of objection handling.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and love working with different teams to achieve big goals.
- Familiar with CRM tools and comfortable communicating through phone, email, and social media.
- You’re motivated by sales targets and love exceeding expectations.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
- Experience in HR Tech or SaaS? Even better!

Our Hiring Process:
- Intro Chat: A quick conversation with our recruiter to get to know you and for you to learn about us and the role (approx. 30 minutes).
- Alva Labs Tests: Prior to your 1st interview, we ask you to complete Personality and Ability tests through Alva Labs, we use these as a tool to get to know you better.
- Meet & Greet: Meet with your future manager to dive deeper into your experience and discuss the role (approx. 45 minutes).
- Case interview: A roleplay to assess how you act in a client setting, and of course another chance for you to get to know us better (approx. 1 hour).
- Team Chat: A casual chat to wrap things up, answer any last questions, and make sure we’re a perfect match (approx. 30 minutes).
