About GtM Tooling TeamAt Trustly, the GtM Tooling team managing Salesforce sits within the Global Revenue Operations function, but plays a crucial role in supporting our broader operations teams - including Merchant Services, Customer Support, Underwriting, and KYC. We’re a small but mighty in-house team of experts, passionate about driving efficiency, scalability, and outstanding customer experiences.
About the roleWe’re looking for a skilled and proactive Salesforce Developer / Administrator to help Trustly’s operational engine run smoothly. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our Salesforce environment, building and maintaining the solutions that empower teams to onboard merchants quickly, manage cases efficiently, and uphold the highest compliance standards.
You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across Operations, Underwriting, Commercial, and RevOps to gather requirements, translate them into robust Salesforce solutions, and ensure our platform is continuously evolving to meet the needs of a growing, global business. What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions tailored to Trustly’s operational workflows (e.g., case management, merchant onboarding, KYC).
- Configure Salesforce features such as flows, process builders, validation rules, and custom objects to optimize efficiency.
- Gather and translate business requirements from Operations and RevOps stakeholders into clear technical specifications.
- Support integrations with third-party systems critical to Trustly’s merchant and customer lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain APEX code, Visualforce components, and Lightning pages as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and manage data migrations or cleanup projects.
- Drive adoption of Salesforce best practices and provide hands-on training and documentation to end-users.
- Monitor platform health, proactively identify improvement opportunities, and ensure high-quality standards across all solutions.
Who you are
- You have 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Administrator in a fast-paced environment.
- You’re comfortable working end-to-end, from gathering requirements to building, testing, and deploying solutions.
- Skilled in declarative Salesforce configuration, and proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning development.
- You enjoy collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and can translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- You’re detail-oriented, highly accountable, and thrive in a small, high-impact team.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform
- Proficiency in web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc., is a plus.
