The Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our most important relationships. That means you need to be a hunter at heart—relentless about finding opportunities and booking meetings—while also thoughtful and strategic enough to build trust and leave doors open for the future.
This isn’t just about dialing more numbers or blasting more emails. You’ll join a small, cross-functional team working to build a next-generation lead engine.
What you’ll be doing
Own the outbound prospecting process — from research to outreach
Book qualified meetings that convert into long-term customers
Iterate and improve our AI-first lead generation playbook
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Growth on campaigns
Track performance and experiment with new channels, tactics, and tech
Be part of shaping what AI-enhanced SDR work actually looks like

This role is perfect for someone who’s excited about the intersection of sales craft and cutting-edge tech. You likely recognize yourself in the following:
You’ve worked as an SDR or BDR before
You’re confident in your ability to hunt, qualify, and book quality meetings
You take pride in the craft of sales. Skilled in the methodology and engaging confidently with stakeholders at all levels
You’re curious about AI and eager to contribute to a modern, tech-powered sales process
You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English
You’re self-driven and thrive in a high-energy, fast-changing environment
