As Sales Advisor at Singular Society you will be the face of our brand, delivering an exceptional store experience and superb service to all our visitors. You will play a key role in driving sales, recruit members, building long-term relationships, maintaining the highest standards of visual presentation and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized and superb service
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and drive sales through expert product knowledge and storytelling
- Retain and recruit members as Singular Society ambassadors as a part of the daily work
- Represent the brand with professionalism and passion, maintaining a deep understanding of our products, brand loyalty, and values
- Ensure the store is impeccably presented at all times, following our Service standards and Visual guidelines
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve store targets, support new initiatives, and foster a positive, inclusive team culture
- Support daily store operations including stock management, replenishment, and adherence to our company policies and procedures
- Be a role model by living our values
Kvalifikationer
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional store and shopping experiences
- Sales driven mindset with deep understanding of clientele expectations and behaviours
- High attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Passion for craftmanship, design, and quality
- Knowledge of retail operations., including visual merchandising, KPI´s, and stock management
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
