- Collaborate with stakeholders to build recruitment and sourcing plans
- Contribute to various development projects connected to talent management and recruitment development – within our local business unit and on a global cross-Inter IKEA companies level
- Connect with your business stakeholders as the subject matter expert on talent advising and recruitment matters
What we’d like you to bring to the table
The role as recruiter requires you to bring:

- Good understanding of boolean searches and experience in building talent pipelines for niche roles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in leading processes in a proactive and structured way, seeking efficiencies and improvements based on data and insights
- Facilitative leadership capabilities
- A strong ownership for the candidate experience, ensuring fair & objective processes grounded in our values-based recruitment approach
- A broad experience with in-house recruitment- and talent acquisition processes, with a track record of filling senior level positions. You have at least 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the tech/engineering field.
It’s a plus if you also:

- Have knowledge of talent market trends and a passion for insights and being up-to-date with the latest developments in the TA field
- Bring experience with different TA tools and a knack for picking up new digital tools
