Do you love keeping track of details, timelines, budgets, and team efforts that make a big creative idea happen? We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Brand Activation team in Stockholm.
In this role, you’ll support and manage brand experience projects – especially those focused on in-store activations and consumer touchpoints. You’ll work closely with both internal and external teams to make sure everything runs smoothly, from the initial brief to the final delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s already got a few years of project management experience from an agency environment, and who wants to grow in a creative, fast-paced setting. Experience working with events or trade shows is a big plus!
About the Role:
You’ll be part of a collaborative team responsible for delivering brand activation projects – with a strong focus on retail marketing, in-store campaigns, and physical productions. You’ll be involved in everything from planning timelines and organizing resources to making sure communication flows between clients, creatives, producers, and vendors. This is a hands-on role where your organizational skills and proactive mindset will make a real impact.
Main Responsibilities:
• Support and manage end-to-end brand activation projects, with focus on retail environments.
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and team resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, logistics) and external partners.
• Assist with staffing and implementation of in-store events, samplings, and launches.
• Ensure clear and proactive communication across all project phases.
• Contribute to physical production planning and follow-ups.
Key Requirements:
• 3+ years of project management experience within an agency setting or as a freelancer (required).
• Previous experience in brand activation, retail marketing, or related creative projects.
• Experience working with events, trade shows, or experiential marketing is a strong plus.
• Good understanding of project workflows, timelines, and production coordination.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Confident communicator in both English and Swedish (spoken and written).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
