About the role:
SPX Flow is looking for a solution-oriented and proactive Production Supervisor for our successful production unit in Ekerö to lead a team of 7-10 employees. We are seeking someone with experience in leading a small team within a production environment, who has a positive attitude and a drive for continuous improvement. You should be able to lead your team in a clear and transparent way and have a confident and optimistic personality. You need to be able to see the bigger picture while also being engaged in daily operations.
About your responsibilities at SPX Flow
- Lead, plan, and organize all daily production-related activities
- Produce and deliver quality products on time and in the safest, most efficient, and cost-effective way possible to our customers
- Lead and develop the team who will report directly to you
- Handle personnel administration
- Actively contribute to open communication within the team and be responsible for leading daily morning meetings and sharing relevant staff information
- Follow the company's established routines and standards and ensure ISO and 5S systems are compliance to within your area of responsibility
- Actively work to improve safety, ergonomics, and order in the workplace
About you
- Experience in production planning and personnel responsibility
- Ability to lead in a culture that values continuous improvement
- Experience in health and safety work
- Administrative skills, including proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferably experience with SAP (or other ERP systems)
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working with LEAN principles and methods
