We’re now looking for a hands-on and experienced Production Manager to lead our Gothenburg-based production site, CSSP (Consilium Safety Sweden Production), through its next phase of growth and transformation.
About the Role
This is a key leadership position with operational responsibility for one of our two production sites. You’ll lead a team of 30 production staff, including team leaders, ensuring day-to-day excellence while driving long-term improvements in efficiency, scalability, and team performance.
You’ll:
- Lead and develop the team with a collaborative, hands-on approach
- Oversee all aspects of production operations
- Implement KPIs and lean principles to drive operational performance
- Manage union relationships and participate in local labor negotiations
- Align site performance with global strategy and contribute to cross-functional projects
Your Profile
We’re looking for a proactive leader who thrives on ownership and delivering real results.
You bring:
- 5–10 years’ experience in production (preferably electronics/complex assembly)
- Proven team leadership and change management skills
- Ability to foster a high-performing and motivated team environment
- Experience with lean/continuous improvement and performance management
- Strong communication skills and confidence in working independently
- Fluency in Swedish and English
Experience with unions and project management is a plus.
