As a Product Owner in Production Core unit within our organization operating in the production area, you will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of software solutions focused on the Finish business and Nordic solutions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders, the team, CPO, Solution Architect and understanding business and the processes, and translating those requirements into a prioritized backlog for the development team. The goal is to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient and stable solutions that meet the business and customer needs.

Job duties

• Define, refine, and manage the product backlog based on business objectives and user needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements
• Ensure that features and functionalities are clearly documented and communicated to development teams
• Work closely with the team to guide the development process and ensure successful deliveries
• Conduct regular backlog grooming, refinement and sprint planning sessions
• Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to for continuous improvement
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementatio
• Work trips will occur to Finland on a monthly basis

Need-to-have

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Adaptable and open to feedback
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or similar.

Nice-to-have

• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Fluent in Swedish and Finnish

Knowledge requirement

• Certified product owner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
