As a product owner for IT4IT you’re responsible acting as a bridge between stakeholders, business strategy, IT strategy and the practical execution of the development team.
Contributing to the product vision, specifically maintaining a focus on user-centricity. They define and prioritize work, maintain a clear and tactical product backlog, and lead the team in negotiating trade-offs, ensure customer-centricity and follows-up and communicates on outcomes.
This for a tool mainly used internally by Client to enable traceability according to ITIL, ITSM but also from a development and ITPMO perspective.

Good-to-have :
- Knowledge of Atlassian products and landscape
- Atlassian certification(s) such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP).
- Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and techniques, including wireframing and prototyping.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Previous experience with IT Service Management tools other than Atlassian, such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, particularly Azure, and their integration with Atlassian applications.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles and frameworks, such as ITIL.
- Experience with Atlassian tools, particularly Jira and Confluence, including configuration and administration.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
- Swedish in soeaking and writing is a strong advantage
