What you’ll do at Elekta
As Product Marketing Manager for our Neuro Portfolio, you will use your technical, clinical, and market expertise to develop compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning strategies for Elekta’s neurosurgery solutions. You will focus on outbound marketing initiatives, working closely with Portfolio Management to identify opportunities, develop messaging and sales tools, and partner with Regional Marketing to activate enablement programs.
You will play a critical role in bridging clinical understanding with strategic marketing, enabling sales teams to confidently communicate Elekta’s value, while also supporting the global marketing function in creating customer-centric campaigns and supporting launches across regions.

What you bring
Scientific, clinical, or engineering background with experience in the healthcare sector
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or similar – MSc or MBA is a plus
Minimum of 3 years commercial experience in healthcare
Experience in Clinical Marketing, Product Marketing, or Product Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
International experience working across global, cross-functional teams
Experience in developing sales enablement tools and driving product commercialization
