VP Marketing Nordics
As VP Marketing Nordics at Benifex, you’ll shape and lead our strategic marketing direction across the Nordic region. You’ll be responsible for strengthening our brand, driving visibility, and attracting customers – all while ensuring that our marketing efforts align with business goals and deliver real value.
You’ll lead a diverse marketing team with a mix of expertise, and collaborate closely with sales, customer success, product, and marketplace teams to elevate customer experience and contribute to growth. From brand positioning to campaign execution, you’ll work both strategically and hands-on to make sure Benifex stays ahead in a competitive landscape.
This role reports to the CEO Nordics and is part of the Nordic Management Team.
In this position, you will also:
- Develop and manage data-driven marketing campaigns across the full customer lifecycle.
- Ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence across all channels.
- Use customer insights and product data to inform marketing decisions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve performance through testing and analysis.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Identify trends and new technologies to keep our marketing innovative and relevant.
- Provide the Nordic leadership team with strategic insights and market analysis.
- Actively contribute to cross-functional collaboration that drives commercial results.
Who we are looking for
You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for combining data, creativity, and leadership. You bring solid SaaS experience – this is a must – and thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments. You’re excited by the idea of building and leading high-performing teams and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo to get results.
We believe you’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Several years of experience in strategic marketing roles within SaaS.
- A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead diverse marketing teams and drive organizational change.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a data-informed mindset.
- Financial acumen and experience with marketing budget ownership.
- Experience with GTM strategies, customer lifecycle marketing, and brand positioning.
- Skills in marketing automation, attribution, product analysis, and growth marketing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English (any Nordic language is a plus).
- A curious, adaptive mindset and a drive to stay ahead of trends.
