Assignment Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Coupa Procure-to-Pay Advisor / Process Lead to support the successful implementation of Phase 2 in a major Source-to-Pay digital transformation initiative. This role is central to improving procurement and invoice handling processes through the Coupa platform.
Project Context
The Source-to-Pay program is being executed in two phases:
Phase 1 – Source to Contract (live since November 2023): Covers sourcing, contract management, supplier onboarding, analytics, and supplier risk management.
Phase 2 – Procure to Pay: Currently in progress with the full Coupa implementation scheduled for go-live in March 2026.
The consultant will also contribute to Phase 1 enhancements and maintenance as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support and expert guidance for project management and operations.
Deliver strategic input and documentation to inform decision-making and implementation planning.
Support process and master data readiness in alignment with the overall project timeline.
Identify process deviations, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure alignment with best practices.
Review and validate master data completeness.
Participate in planning and execution of user training and testing activities.
Track and help resolve system bugs and issues.
Document process decisions, changes, and implementation outcomes.
Proactively communicate risks, progress updates, and blockers to the leadership team.
Carry out additional tasks related to system management and process design as required.
Requirements
Must-Have Experience
Proven experience with Coupa Procure-to-Pay systems.
Background in process development, business analysis, or project leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Coupa Analytics, Source-to-Contract, or Coupa Integrations.
Familiarity with procurement systems and end-to-end P2P processes.
