Some of your key responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for managers and employees in operational HR matters, including all investigation and requirements for disciplinary matters, compensation issues and rehabilitation
- Act as a single point of contact for managers in your business functions
- Guide, coach and advice managers in employee development, performance, employee relations and HR-issues, in line with the company policy
- Trade Union negotiations
- Facilitate training sessions for managers and employees
- Be part of people development projects across the company

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent within HR or similar area
- Solid experience from working as a People Business Partner or similar HR-role, preferable from a matrix organisation with operational focus
- Experience handling HR-matters such as rehabilitation, disciplinary actions, negotiations with unions and people administration
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, and experienced user of MS Office
- Ability to travel on a regular basis
