As our next Partnerships Manager, you'll be at the heart of driving our growth in Germany by developing, managing, and scaling innovative partnerships. Initially, your main focus will be identifying and securing new partnerships with companies that work with small businesses. This includes identifying and engaging potential partners, overseeing the onboarding process, and cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. You’ll be key to increasing Qred’s reach and visibility among small business owners.
You will work closely both with your partnership manager team and our German team to shape the future of how partnerships fuel Qred’s success. You will report to the Head of Partnerships.
What you will be doing
Identify, approach, and close new mutually beneficial partnerships
Lead meetings and workshops that showcase Qred’s value
Act as our go-to expert on the German market
Analyze and optimize existing partner relationships to drive growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new partner initiatives
Who you are
You're an experienced sales professional with background in B2B environments
A strong relationship-builder with excellent communication skills
Fluent in German as well as English
A goal-crusher with a natural drive to exceed targets
You love picking up the phone and thrive in high-energy conversations
You nail your elevator pitch before the doors even close
You're creative, strategic, and ready to get the whole team pumped

Bonus requirements that make you stand out from the rest:
You have experience from working in Fintech
You have experience in communication and negotiation skills
You understand how APIs work (you don’t have to be a coder, just curious!)
