National Market Access Manager
Are you passionate about securing access to life saving pharmaceutical and vaccines and to make a real difference for patients? GSK is seeking an experienced and strategic Market Access Manager to join our team in Sweden. In this key role you will lead on access and reimbursement strategies and manage HTA submissions to TLV to ensure our products reach the patients who need them most. You will be part of great and collaborative market access team and work closely with medical and commercial to create robust and innovative access strategies.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute national price and market access strategies in collaboration with commercial and medical.
- Lead the end-to-end TLV process including dossier preparation, health economic modeling and price negotiations.
- Maintain and develop dialogue with national payers and payer influencers such as reimbursement authorities, HTA bodies and KOLs.
- Monitor and analyse trends, payer requirements, competitors and prices that can impact access and price locally.
- Partner with medical team to identify evidence gaps and drive projects to generate evidence needed for value assessment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial and the Regional Market Access team.
- Active member of Brand Team for assigned products.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Degree in health economics, public health, or natural science is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MSc or PhD.
- Extensive professional experience in market access, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry, and a good understanding of health economic models.
- Proven track record of successful TLV submissions and negotiations.
- Strong communication abilities in both Swedish and English.
- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and the capacity to work independently while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
