Your Role and Responsibilities

Are you passionate about cutting-edge automation technologies and driven to shape the future of smart manufacturing? Join us and take a key role in identifying and developing new market opportunities for our advanced Mechatronic systems – including ACOPOS 6D, ACOPOStrak, SuperTrak, and Robotics. Your work will have a direct impact on sales strategy and the achievement of ambitious business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with local sales teams, driving successful implementation of Mechatronic solutions

  • Support customers in selecting optimal, cost-effective solutions and prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals

  • Contribute to sales strategy execution, pricing decisions, and market alignment through continuous analysis and feedback

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure solution adoption and long-term business success

Qualifications for the Role

  • Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or similar; Master’s preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in automation sales, with proven B2B and key account success

  • Strong knowledge of servo systems, motion control, robotics, and automation technologies

  • Skilled in negotiation, presentations, and CRM; customer-focused and solution-oriented

  • Independent, collaborative, and cost-conscious; leadership experience is a plus

  • Willingness to travel regularly; fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Salesforce or SAP is an advantage
