Your Role
- Lead and inspire a team of 7 experienced underwriters in our credit department.
- Drive performance, development, and wellbeing within your team.
- Connect with key players across Swedish business—from boardrooms to startups, to help shape smart credit decisions and build lasting partnerships.
- Apply your technical underwriting expertise to complex risk scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial units and stakeholders across Sweden and internationally.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making as part of the Swedish management team.
About You
- Proven experience in credit analysis, risk underwriting, or a similar field.
- Strong financial analysis and market knowledge.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to make high-value decisions and know when to consult.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong networks.
- Managerial experience or clear leadership potential.
