Key Account Manager Oncology - Prostate & Bladder Cancer, Sweden
We are happy to announce an opportunity to work as Key Account Manager within the disease areas Prostate & Bladder cancer, with a clear goal to serve patients every day. We are looking for a highly skilled colleague to join our experienced and engaged team.
You will be responsible for maximizing the business opportunities by building lasting relationships with key customers. You add customer value based on our exciting product portfolio in combination with your deep customer understanding. You feel comfortable being a central person in the development and implementation of our activities and tactical plans together with the cross-functional team.

Objectives of the Position
Establish and lead trusted relations with relevant health care professionals and key decision makers within the disease areas Prostate & Bladder cancer.
Demonstrate a strong business acumen and a leading ambition.
Develop and implement account plans based on in-depth customer and market insights, as well as identifying unmet customer needs leading to development of projects that build customer value.
Work closely with the team to ensure best customer centric strategy and tactics.
Secure in-depth account insights, including competitive understanding and the leverage of available analytical tools.
Handle assigned budget.
Connect and grow with the wider commercial team to share experiences, insights and best practices.
Use omnichannel interactions to secure relevant communication channels.
High level of compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Introduction and overview
The Oncology business is an important contributor to the overall Swedish company. With a solid foundation in uro-oncology, we are planning for future launches and new therapies in existing, as well as new therapeutic areas.

Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (required).
Certified in LIF or minimum bachelor’s degree with the license to sell pharmaceutical products, e.g. pharmacist, biomedicine, nurse, dentist, medical doctor etc. (required).
A minimum of two years of work experience in Sales within the Life Science industry (required).
Experience within Pharmaceutical Sales (required)
Experience in Oncology (merit).
A valid European driving license (required).
Proficiency in the Swedish and English languages (required).
