Ikano Bank are looking for a Key Account Specilaist to be responsible for driving sales through IKEA. You will be part of an international team and report to the IKEA Global Account Manager. This position involves managing the financial products in IKEA Sweden, including workflows, sales targets, and product profitability. Together with Regional IKEA Lead you will plan, manage, and deliver sales and marketing activities for all financial services products in IKEA. Additionally, and most importantly, you will manage and follow up with IKEA on a day-to-day basis to ensure strong relationship management.
Job description
As a Key Account Specialist for IKEA Sweden, you will be responsible for driving sales through IKEA. You will own the action plan targeting sales and marketing activities and work actively to further develop the relationship with IKEA to secure financial services as an integrated part of IKEA's sales process and channels. This role is essential for the Commercial B2C function to reach its sales results, loan book development, and profitability.
Required Skills:
- Sales and Relationship Management: Proven experience in driving sales and managing key accounts, particularly in the financial industry. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at IKEA.
- Financial Product Knowledge: Understanding of financial products and services, including their workflows, sales targets, and profitability.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to understand, drive conclusions and tangible action plans from the portfolio analyses driven by the credit risk and marketing departments.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, with the ability to effectively convey information and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills to plan, manage, and deliver sales activities for all financial services products in IKEA.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to financial products and services, ensuring smooth workflows and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the financial products in IKEA Sweden, including functioning workflows, sales targets, and product profitability.
- Planning, managing, and delivering sales and marketing activities for all financial services products in IKEA (growth plans).
- Ensure alignment and stakeholder management internally within Ikano Bank.
- Managing and following up with IKEA on a day-to-day basis (relationship management).
Experience and Competencies:
- Previous experience working as an account manager.
- Experience working in the financial industry with financial products or services is a big plus.
- Proven sales results.
- Fluency in Finnish and English.
