At Staria, we are establishing a new Key Account Management model and are looking for a driven Key Account Executive to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maximizing value from our existing client portfolio, identifying new opportunities, and helping to shape build and implement our future account management practices.

As a Key Account Executive at Staria, your role will be hands-on and business-critical. You will work closely with our Service Managers and Growth Advisors to develop and execute commercial plans for your named clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will be part of a newly established Account Management team, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your ideas and influence our ways of working from the ground up. You´ll report to Head of Key Account Management.

In practice, you will:

Our hybrid work model offers the best of both worlds. You are invited to enjoy our modern office located in the heart of Stockholm and Gothenburg, while also having the flexibility to work remotely. Given that our clients are primarily based in these regions, we expect you to be at the office a few days a week to build relationships with your colleagues and clients.

Your compensation package includes a base salary and a commission structure, with approximately 60/40 split between fixed and variable components.
