About this role:
We are looking for a professional to join our team. This role is essential to ensure our team delivers cutting-edge, high-performance electronics hardware and sensors for delivering quality projects and products to our customers. You will be based in our Gothenburg site where occasional hybrid working is possible.
This opportunity is ideal for someone in early career who is looking for development opportunities in technical project management in the New Space Industry. You will be passionate about being involved in a dynamic, fast paced working environment with exciting projects and challenging schedules.
You will have a technical background with some skills in project management or similar, with the desire to grow your knowledge and expertise while adding value to our current ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Project Management activities for multiple projects with the varying activities and resource management to expected quality standards, budgets and timescales
- Consult with colleagues to develop a work plan
- Organise and maintain project data, reporting and communicating on any project progress-related activities with relevant stakeholders
- Liaise with colleagues and teams to discuss project challenges and make effective plans to manage potential risks
- Produce any required scheduled analysis and/or deliverables
- Distribute monthly reports, presentations, procedures, proposals and other general document requirements
- Support development and maintenance of PMO forms, processes and other documentation
- Coordinate with third party vendors and subcontractors to support project requirements
- Assist in closing out projects by supporting the team as required
Skills required:
- Can demonstrate a technical background – preferably in RF or electronics
- Able to develop skills regarding project support, planning and scheduling
- Working knowledge of document control systems and project design
- Ability to write professional reports and business correspondence
- Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively collaborate within a multicultural team
- Ability to organise self and prioritise workload in dynamic environment with tight deadlines
- Competent IT skills including Microsoft software
- Proficient in English, both verbally and written
