As a Junior Product Owner & Project Assistant, you’ll become an integral part of this dynamic team, working side-by-side with experienced professionals to drive the success of technology products and projects for both our business and our clients. Your role will involve supporting the entire product lifecycle—from idea generation and planning to implementation and ongoing improvement—helping to deliver impactful solutions that make a real difference.

What You’ll Do
- Translate new ideas into structured specifications and clear, actionable tasks
- Lead sprint planning and support day-to-day coordination with our developers
- Take ownership of the product/project backlog
- Assist in developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets, gaining hands-on project management experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization
- Support the review and approval process for technology solutions, ensuring compliance with KPMG’s high standards

Prepare and maintain essential documentation, such as reports, meeting minutes, and action items
Your qualifications:
- High proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or in Economics/Law combined with experience working in a technology-driven environment
- 1–4 years of experience in project management or a related role, ideally within a technology, consulting, or tax environment

Basic understanding of project and product management methodologies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with diverse team
- Confidence in organizing and facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, and similar agile ceremonies
- A self-driven, proactive attitude with a keen eagerness to learn and grow within the role

Experience working with Azure DevOps is an advantage but not required
