Junior Legal Associate for International Clients at CSC Global

We are currently looking for a newly graduated legal professional or someone with a few years of experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. We're seeking someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values teamwork and strong delivery, and is excited about working broadly and internationally.
About the Role
As a legal associate with us, you will be responsible for your own client portfolio, primarily consisting of foreign corporations looking to establish operations in Sweden. Together with your colleagues, you will coordinate and manage the formal aspects of the clients’ local entities, including drafting company documents and supporting board activities.
In this role, you’ll become an expert in corporate administration—one day preparing and reviewing board minutes and company documents, the next executing dividends, mergers, or capital injections, and later participating in board meetings.
You will work closely with lawyers, auditors, and tax advisors from around the world. While external advisors provide the legal advice, you will be responsible for implementing and administering the necessary steps for the ongoing management of the company. Unlike traditional advisory roles that focus on specific transactions, CSC supports companies throughout their entire lifecycle. Since every foreign company’s needs differ when entering the Swedish market, we tailor our solutions accordingly.
Who Are You?
You enjoy working in an international environment, are driven, thrive in a fast-paced setting, take initiative, and enjoy collaborating with your team while also being able to work independently when needed. You also have:
- Experience or interest in corporate, real estate, or tax law
- A law degree
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus Solid knowledge of business administration or experience working with clients/in a consultancy role is a merit
