About the role
As an IT Supporter, you’ll be at the heart of our technical support operations. Some days, you’ll solve problems over the phone before the coffee even cools; other days, you’ll make sure new colleagues have everything they need to get started on their first day. You’ll help ensure our tools and systems work seamlessly so our teams can focus on what they do best.
Your work will be varied — from hands-on troubleshooting to preparing new equipment, from guiding colleagues through technical questions to keeping our systems running smoothly. Every interaction is an opportunity to solve a problem, learn something new, and create a positive experience for someone else.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-line IT support via phone, email, and in person
- Setting up accounts, devices, and software for new employees
- Managing and resolving support tickets in ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
- Maintaining smooth operations in Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and Active Directory environments
This is a temporary position until May 30th 2027.

To make an impact in this role, we think you’ll need:
- An interest in IT and technology, and curiosity to keep learning
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and/or Active Directory
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ticket management tools
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
