The position is focused on Denmark, and we are looking for someone preferably based in the Malmö region (or within commuting distance). The role includes regular travel within Denmark.

TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening client relationships in Denmark. This includes developing and executing the local sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting existing clients. You will work closely with colleagues in marketing, logistics and customer service to ensure excellent client support. This is a hands-on and varied role, where you will be frequently out visiting clients and building trust. You will report to the European Sales Director and be part of an international, supportive team.

You are hands-on, outgoing and down-to-earth – someone who enjoys being out with clients and building strong, personal connections. You’re curious, independent, and a true doer who likes variety and has an affinity for technical products. Fluency in Danish and English is required; Swedish is a plus.

SALARY / RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
The recruitment process starts with an initial screening interview with a Beyondo representative, followed by online meetings with the Global HR Director and the company’s Sales leadership. An on-site meeting at the European HQ will also be part of the process.

The role offers a market-conforming remuneration package aligned with Swedish standards. The fixed monthly salary starts at 50,000 SEK, with a competitive bonus structure and attractive secondary benefits.
