Main Responsibilities
The IT Delivery Manager will oversee the governance and processes vital for service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring service performance metrics, including KPI/SLA/XLA, and managing Service Improvement plans.
- Conducting Major Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis.
- Identifying areas for continuous improvement in processes and tools.
- Maintaining and optimizing the Service Catalog.
- Developing and updating IT service documentation and operational procedures.
- Facilitating clear communication between DES teams and business stakeholders.
- Supporting change management initiatives to ensure adherence to processes.
- Collaborating with other service delivery managers to drive best practices and process harmonization.
Key Requirements
All candidates must meet the following essential qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL principles.
- High-level understanding of Finance & HR business processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
- Experience with BMC Helix tool preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining technical solutions.
- Proactive and independent working style.
- Extensive experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar IT service role.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with service performance metrics.
- Experience in a global IT environment.
