Overview
We are seeking a skilled Internal Communication Consultant to strengthen our Communications Integration team. The role involves supporting internal communications teams across multiple markets, ensuring a consistent and engaging flow of information that reflects the organization’s values and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as an editorial lead for internal news content in English, covering 27 global markets, and publish across intranet, Viva Engage, and newsletters.
Produce high-quality internal communication materials, including leadership updates, letters, email campaigns, and other content formats.
Ensure messaging consistently reflects the organization’s purpose, strategy, and values.
Manage and maintain internal communication platforms (including SharePoint), publish updates, and track performance metrics.
Qualifications
Native-level English proficiency, with exceptional writing and editing skills.
At least 7 years of experience in communications or editorial roles, preferably in internal communications.
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to navigate a complex, matrixed organization.
Proven planning and multitasking abilities.
Additional Details
Part-time role (approx. 60–90 hours per month).
Fully remote position.
Consultant must provide own computer and phone.
