Assignment Overview
We are seeking a Work Package Consultant to support backlog clearance activities within a Vehicle Operations team. The role is critical to streamline processes across multiple markets and ensure accurate and timely follow-up on vehicle-related charges.
Objectives
Manage and execute over-mileage and excessive wear-and-tear (EWT) chargebacks
Clear backlog across defined markets
Collaborate with regional stakeholders to facilitate cost recovery
Maximize recovery of vehicle damage costs
Expected Achievements
Complete backlog clearance for the Netherlands (1,141 cars for EWT; 484 for over-mileage)
Complete backlog clearance for France (600 cars for over-mileage and EWT)
Key Requirements
Knowledge & Experience
Strong understanding of damage regulation and insurance procedures
Experience in backlog processing and vehicle lifecycle follow-up
Technical Proficiency
Familiarity with the following tools/systems:
Codiac / Cosmos
CommerceX
Microsoft Dynamics
OTD
Market-specific LMS partner portals
IT Security
Awareness of security protocols related to system connections
Personal Attributes
Able to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions when needed
Quick learner with ability to understand new systems and workflows rapidly
Comfortable working across multiple international market contexts
