Main Responsibilities:
Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive integration and test strategies, plans, and timelines
Coordinate efforts across multidisciplinary teams to support the seamless integration of technical components into complete systems
Oversee the preparation and execution of test activities, including functional, performance, and regression testing
Ensure accurate identification, documentation, and tracking of defects and issues, driving them through to resolution
Maintain a strong focus on compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications
Provide technical guidance and support to testing teams, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Communicate testing progress, key findings, and potential risks clearly to stakeholders and project teams
Qualifications and Competencies:
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
Substantial experience working with system integration and testing in technically complex environments
Deep understanding of testing methodologies, quality assurance principles, and test management tools
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple parallel tasks
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a structured and proactive approach to problem-solving
