Contribute to teamwork. Lead the work/team from the front, take full responsibilities and be pro-active.
2. Support tasks and working with Snow tickets along with handling support cases
3. Take the accountability for whole test lifecycle:
- Test planning
- Test Cycle Estimations
- Testcase writing when needed
- Bug Tracking
- Regular co-ordination with dev/test/deploy team members
- Give sign-off for production release
- In case of critical bugs in production, raise tickets to Support team/Snow case and take decisions for hotfixes by discussing with DPOs/BAs
- In case of critical bugs in test environment, stop the production deploy (if any release planned) with proper justification.
- End to end knowledge of the system and hands-on testing (manual/automation as per assignment).
- Test Process setup, documentation, review of team members tasks/testcases
- Good to have Automation Test Knowledge (Selenium/Playwright, JMeter)
NOTE: The interview will start from Week 33 after the vacation period
