Marsh is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to join our Marsh Corporate Team in Stockholm, Sweden.

The role: Insurance Sales Professional
We will count on you to:
- Conduct cold calls to generate sales meetings, utilizing a strong understanding of internal offerings and product solutions.
- Be responsible for the processes and assisting the team with Request for Proposal (RFP’s), business development, and new business sales across all lines of business.
- Develop and deliver effective sales presentations, RFP:s and other sales related materials.
- Create moderately complex sales proposals to meet both business and client needs.
- Conduct thorough due diligence research to identify prospect accounts and sales expansion opportunities, while maintaining strong account relationships.
What you need to have:
- Proven sales experience, with a strong ability to close deals and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for dashboards, management information, and reporting.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
What makes you stand out:
- A background in insurance is preferred but not essential.
- A degree in business, economics, or a similar discipline is preferred but not essential.
