My name is Mia Lundberg, and together with Fredrik Larsson, we have the privilege of leading this fantastic team. Your role & influence as Inside Sales Representative
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for guiding Dustin’s customers through the buying process, delivering excellent service and expert advice to ensure a smooth and successful sales journey.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of delivering excellent support and sales assistance to customers. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the sales, customer service, and back-office departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Core activities:
- Answer incoming calls, chats and emails
- Provide expert guidance to customers and the sales team
- Collaborate with your team to ensure efficient support and sales processes

Additionally, it's important that:
- You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
- Experience with sales, customer service, or administrative work (2–3 years)

- You are comfortable working in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
