Are you a sales enthusiast with a knack for detail and customer service? We're looking for a proactive and organized team player to join our in-house sales department, focusing on group and meeting events. As part of Strawberry, our team oversees the sales operations for groups and meetings and events for 11 hotels, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming requests and guide them through the sales pipeline.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to match client requirements with our offerings.
Collaborate closely with the revenue department to ensure optimal sales strategies.
Be a part of a dynamic team, driven to sell the right business at the right time.
Possibility to have site visits with customers and build relationships with customers that you have close contact with.
Location:
Head office employment, stationed at one of our prime hotels in Umeå (Clarion Hotel Umeå).

Ideal Candidate:
Passionate about sales with a customer-first mindset.

Proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Experience in hotel sales or event planning is advantageous but not as crucial as having the right mindset and eagerness to achieve great deals.
