HR Manager Flat Sweden

We are now looking for a new HR Manager/Business Partner for our Flat business in Sweden!
The role as HR Manager is a trusted advisor to the MD Flat Nordic and functional stakeholders for local issues and process compliance in Sweden.
The role should build strong credible relationships with local management, advising on all people issues, plans and strategies implemented in Sweden, for the whole value chain.
The HR Manager is a part of the HR team Flat Nordic, and is working closely with the HR Manager for Pitched business in Sweden. The role is reporting directly to the HR Director Flat Nordic and you will work out from our office in Malmö. You will have people responsibility for two HR administrators.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Understanding the talent needed for future success and ensuring business leaders are equipped to retain and develop talent.
To bring HR thought leadership and business insight to all people related interventions in collaboration with the team and/or the Nordic HR colleagues.
To work in partnership with the business to deliver people solutions that drive commercial performance, align with group values and Mindsets and enhance the reputation of the company as a whole.
Ensuring compliance with Group and local policies and procedures.
Leading organizational changes and ensuring compliance with law and collective agreements.
To lead the local Payroll set up.
To be the natural contact person to other HR departments; HR Service at GBS (our Global Business Center in Vilnius) and will be a member of the Nordic HR community.
Your main daily tasks:
In partnership with business leaders, establish and implement an optimum organisation.
Develop the people plan for the business areas and departments.
Provide coaching, guidance and advice to stakeholder groups.
Influence and lead cultural change through a deep understanding of current business issues and company level vision and values.
Overall responsible for management of employee relations matters and advice managers in the handling of incoming cases.
Implementation and management of annual HR cycles (e.g. performance appraisals, salary reviews) in collaboration with other HR colleagues .
Lead and develop the HR team in Flat Sweden.
Work closely together with the Nordic HR team to contribute to the development of the Flat organisation.
Work closely with HS&E Manager to ensure compliance and well-being.
Here's what you bring to the table:
Ideally you hold a university degree within HR.
Furthermore, you have a proven track record of several years in a similar position within HR covering a breadth of activities and best-in-class HR practices and policies. Having experience from building and larger construction companies, installation, or any kind of industrial environment is highly beneficial.
Having experience of change management, coaching and consulting skills are highly beneficial.
Furthermore, you are skilled in local labour law as well as in local trade union negotiations. Experience in HR systems (Workday) is a strong advantage.
You are solution-oriented and your motivation comes from contributing and getting things done. At the same time, you are service minded, and take initiatives with a clear focus on culture, engagement and positivity. You work orderly and structured, and you can quickly establish credibility and build strong working relationships.
You are resilient and comfortable operating in ambiguity since we are on a big transformation journey.
We also believe you have/are:
Experience in working in an international company, nationally with a multi-site organization.
Solid experience from digital tools such as Google suite or MS Office.
In addition to fluent Swedish, you are proficient in English.
