HR Manager GCO and Employee Experience to join our team in Stockholm
Do you want to contribute to Fazer's continued development and growth? As a HR Manager for our Global Commercial Organization (GCO) and employee experience, you’ll act as an advisor to business leaders, providing HR support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You’ll run initiatives that foster a positive, engaging, and high-performing workplace, while championing employee satisfaction, development, and well-being.
This role covers a broad HR scope including workforce planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and change support. You’ll also lead local engagement strategies, support onboarding and offboarding, and drive talent and leadership development. A key part of your role is ensuring compliance, promoting a culture of inclusivity, and continuously enhancing the employee experience.
What will you bring to the team?
- 3-5 years of experience, in an HRBP or HR Generalist role.
- Understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation.
- Project management skills with a keen eye for detail and organization.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with HR systems and digital tools that enhance employee engagement.
