About the job
In this job you will be,

• Defining product strategy: Conducting market research, gathering customer insights, analyzing competitor landscapes, and identifying market opportunities to shape the overall product strategy.
• Setting product vision: Articulating a clear and compelling vision for the product that aligns with Tele2 IoT’s goals and resonates with target customers
• Technology development: Own the network tech stack for IoT to ensure it is the most robust and resilient in the market and drive the evolution forward.
• Leading product and technology team: Managing and mentoring a team of product managers, product owners, and other product professionals, fostering collaboration and driving high performance.
• Prioritizing products and features: Working with stakeholders to prioritize feature development based on market needs, user feedback, and business objectives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Partnering with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product development and successful launches.
• Monitoring product performance: Tracking key metrics and analyzing customer data to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.

Who are you?
To thrive and succeed in this role we believe that you have...

• 10 years or more experience in Telecommunications industry within Product and Technology roles requiring technical expertise. 5 years or more experience focused on IoT.
• 3 years or more experience in managing an IoT Product and Technology team or equivalent in telecommunications industry.
• Deep expertise in IoT technologies: Connectivity Management Platforms, LPWA Technologies, 5G, SIM technologies (Including SGP22 and SGP32 specs.)
• Strong vendor management skills and preferably existing demonstratable business relationships with vendors of Tele2 IoT such as Cisco, Idemia Equinix etc.
• Deep understanding of the role of Global Roaming Relationships in IoT industry.
• Deep expertise in solutions for regions with restricted roaming frameworks. Preferably existing demonstratable business relationships with solution partners in such restricted roaming regions.
• Proven track record of delivering and overachieving targets.
• Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
• Deep understanding of digital transformation and emerging tech trends.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
• Existing business relationship with key stakeholders among Tele2 IoT’s key customers and prospects is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills - using language with precision, easily presenting arguments and synthesizing reports fluently in English. (Optionally any of Swedish, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Chinese, Portuguese, Arabic or Turkish languages is a plus)
