What You'll Do
Build & Scale
Architect and develop core features for our AI automation platform
Design scalable systems that handle integrations with 100+ apps (Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, Notion, and more)
Create seamless user experiences that make complex automations feel simple
Optimize performance to ensure our "30-second promise" remains true at scale
Innovate & Lead
Work directly with AI/ML models to enhance our natural language processing capabilities
Pioneer new approaches to workflow automation and app integrations
Contribute to technical strategy and architecture decisions
Mentor junior developers and help build our engineering culture

What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
5+ years of full-stack development experience in production environments
Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Node.js)
Experience with scalable backend architectures and RESTful APIs
Solid understanding of database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
Track record of shipping products from conception to production
Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing requirements
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with AI/ML integration and LLMs
Background in building automation tools or workflow systems
Familiarity with third-party API integrations (OAuth, webhooks, etc.)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization
Previous startup experience (bonus if in early-stage)
Understanding of no-code/low-code platforms
