About this opportunity:
We’re looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer to join our international team working on a high-performance Online Charging System (OCS). This role involves leading backend development, driving innovation with Java, and AI tools, and mentoring team members in an agile environment.
What you will do:
Design and develop scalable backend services in Java.- Lead features based on 3GPP Policy Control (Diameter, 5G REST).
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver product increments.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
- Support AI and DevOps tool adoption (e.g., Amazon Q, Copilot, Kubernetes).
The skills you bring:
5+ years in backend development with Java- Experience with telecom protocols (Diameter, 5G REST).
- Strong skills in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus).
- Proficient with Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Maven.
- Agile mindset; experience working in Scrum teams.
