We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our Accounts Payable function at Paradox Interactive, a leading and successful publisher and developer in the games industry. In this role, you will contribute to the financial operations that help keep our creative teams and global publishing efforts running smoothly. The position involves processing and verifying supplier invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and maintaining vendor records. You will also be responsible for reviewing, approving, and processing employee expense reports in compliance with company policies. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Process and record supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare and execute payments to suppliers, ensuring compliance with payment terms
Review, approve, and process employee expense reports
Maintain up-to-date vendor accounts and resolve any discrepancies
Assist with month-end closing and reporting related to accounts payable
Qualifications
Previous experience in accounts payable or finance administration preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office (Excel in particular)
Ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external vendors
Interest in or familiarity with the games industry is a plus
