Volvo Car Ireland is the National Sales Company, part of Volvo Car Corporation. Within Volvo Car Ireland, the Commercial Operations Team is looking for a talented individual to join our team, in the role as Service Business Manager. You will be reporting directly to Commercial Operations Director. In this dynamic role, you are the driver of our aftersales business and performance.
What you'll do
You will work closely with our Volvo retailer network, with regular retailer visits, performance management and ensuring targets are fulfilled. You will identify opportunities, develop strategic offers and motivate/coach the network towards achievement of parts & accessory sales objectives.
Based at our Head Office you will work with our Volvo Car colleagues in to align strategy, campaign and performance metrics.
Your core responsibilities will include overseeing the service business operations commercial agenda and developing and implementing parts, accessories, and service offers. You will also be responsible for product pricing strategy and defining, following up on, and delivering the retailer bonus scheme.
You will work closely with our Volvo retailer network, with regular retailer visits, performance management and ensuring targets are fulfilled.

What you'll bring
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, the desire to work as efficiently as possible, and have excellent communication skills. You will be process oriented, have excellent attention to detail, be structured and logical in your approach with the agility required to embrace change. You will be proactive with a commercial mindset in a changing environment. Ideally you will have worked in the automotive industry and can demonstrate knowledge in the aftersales operations.
