Our client – a fast-growing, product-driven tech company with millions of users globally – is looking for a Engineering Manager to lead and inspire 2–3 web development teams.
As a key part of the tech management team, you’ll drive continuous improvement, champion delivery excellence, and foster a high-performing, agile-first culture.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor web development teams
- Ensure quality delivery across teams with a focus on scalability and performance
- Collaborate on staffing needs and team growth
- Drive engineering best practices and agile processes
- Own key projects and contribute to the broader tech strategy
Who You Are
- Proven leader of high-performing development teams, ideally in remote or hybrid settings
- Technical background, comfortable working closely with developers and Web architecture
- Experience with high-traffic web platforms and large data sets
- Deep understanding of modern web technologies, frameworks, and tools
- Strong communicator with a passion for people, delivery, and continuous improvement
Location
- Onsite 3+ days/week in Stockholm (office-based with some flexibility)
Start: 11 or 18th of August or 9th of September - Flexible
Duration: 6-12 months
Language: English (Swedish a plus)
