This is a broad and varied role where no two days look the same. One day you might help prepare for an event, the next you're updating the website or proofreading social media posts. We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, happy to jump in where needed, and excited to grow with us. You will be an important part of our small (but mighty!) marketing team, but will also work closely with our Dutch commercial team.
What you’ll do:
Handle admin tasks and internal communication
For example, update internal documentation and playbooks, help manage shared email accounts, take notes during meetings, follow up on internal information needed for specific campaigns etc.
Help manage and create social media content
Specifically LinkedIn posts (could include copy, video, and visuals) for both company and personal accounts
Assist with translations
Primarily English Dutch, Swedish is a plus!
Update and maintain website content
Such as SEO adjustments, product or feature updates, or new integration partners
Support the team with event planning and coordination
Actively help with a wide range of things for online and on-site events, like prepping event timelines and coordination, supporting tech setup, greeting event attendees, and in general, provide a good experience for all event attendees
Write and edit content across channels — blog articles, social media posts
Travel to help support specific events, In both Sweden and the Netherlands, will be required
(Bonus) Help produce and edit videos and animations, if you have the skills and experience

We’re looking for someone who is:
Skilled at writing and proofreading
Fluent in Dutch and English
Curious about the broader perspective of marketing and content, and how they contribute to business success
Proactive and self-driven
Kind, collaborative, and comfortable helping out wherever needed
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
We’re not looking for years of experience — we value the right mindset and a willingness to learn.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and web editing tools
Basic video production, post-production and/or animation skills
Proficiency in Swedish
Familiar with design software such as Canva or Figma
