What we’re looking for
A track record of working across multiple creative disciplines
A diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional work across web, print, motion, and brand
Experience working in house shaping a brand or startup either we or your users love
Strong motion design skills with experience in animation and video production
Mastery of visual storytelling across the web, social media, and motion graphics
Deep understanding of brand systems and how they scale across touchpoints
Outstanding command of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy
Proficiency with leading creative tools across disciplines
High aptitude for problem-solving and rapid iteration
Bonus: You’re pushing bleeding edge AI creative workflows to the limit
Bonus: You can implement your own designs on the web
What you’ll do
In one sentence: Make Lovable lovable.
Develop and evolve Lovable's brand identity across web, print, and motion
Design high-impact landing pages, marketing sites, and digital campaigns
Produce animated explainer videos, product demos, and social media content
Develop interactive elements and micro-animations for the web (bonus if you can implement yourself)
Design print adverts, brochures, conference materials, and branded merchandise
Create motion graphics systems that can be efficiently adapted across campaigns
Edit in house videos, and own ‘final cut’ when collaborating with external production
Manage outsourcing with freelancers and agencies as needed
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
