About the role
As a Demand & Capacity Planner for our Business Unit Medical, you will play a crucial role in defining and balancing our supply chain. You will be coordinating and integrating the flow of material and information across the supply chain as we are scaling for growth and strengthening our global processes and collaboration.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Further develop and lead the sales forecast process in collaboration with sales and product owners
Identify and drive continuous improvements of the forecast accuracy, process, and tools
Develop & implement process & tools for capacity planning in collaboration with the Production Units
Identify and recommend opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the supply chain
Summarize risk assessments and mitigation activities
About you
You are a pragmatic team player looking to improve our way of working for business and people. You are persistent and self-driven with a curious mind.
Your competence in sales forecasting and capacity planning will be essential as you collaborate with site planners, sales and product owners to refine our processes. Your strategic mindset will enable you to identify opportunities for improving our supply chain capabilities, and your analytical skills will support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities. You will summarize and present key topics to ensure informed decision making. Your collaboration with supply chain and manufacturing teams will be vital in maintaining a balanced inventory and capacity.
We see that you have a master’s degree within Supply chain management and a couple of years of experience. Previous usage of SO99+ is meritorious. The working language is English, so you need to be fluent in English.
